DreamyDots is a premier home decor manufacturer dedicated to transforming living spaces with artistically crafted wall solutions. From bespoke wallpapers to high-quality art frames, we design, manufacture, and sell our own exclusive collections directly to your doorstep. It offers a cross-platform mobile application designed to provide an integrated experience combining content discovery and e-commerce of own product. The Platform enables users to browse multimedia content, explore products, and make a seamless shopping experience powered by third-party integrations such as Shopify.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • By using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

  • Users may register using a mobile number, email, and OTP-based authentication.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
  • All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.

4. Authentication & Security

  • DreamyDots uses passwordless authentication (OTP-based login) for enhanced security.
  • Users must ensure that OTPs are not shared with unauthorized individuals.
  • The Platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Upload harmful, malicious, or misleading content.
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Platform.

6. Content & Product Discovery

  • The Platform provides access to multimedia content, properties, and products.
  • Content is provided for informational and engagement purposes only.
  • DreamyDots does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party content.

7. E-commerce & Transactions

DreamyDots integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify to facilitate purchases. Product listings, pricing, availability, and fulfillment are managed by third-party providers.

8. Orders & Payments

  • Users can add products to a cart and proceed to checkout within the Platform.
  • DreamyDots does not store sensitive payment information.

9. User Data & Personalization

  • The Platform may store user preferences, favorites, and order history to enhance user experience.
  • Data handling is governed by the DreamyDots Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content—including UI design, text, graphics, logos, software, and features—are the property of DreamyDots or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

DreamyDots shall not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.
